These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bikendi’s Subsidiary (VTU) Website, located at https://vtupress.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use vtupress if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. Bikendi represents the main body/org behind this product (vtupress) and vtupress is used interchangeably for website and the plugin itself. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of ng. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Other Notable Terms

Provider & Vendor : The word vendor is used mistakenly to mean provider. We hence refer Provider as the source website from which API you consume on your website while you as a vtu web owner is called a vendor. You can as well serve as a provider when other websites consumes your api and also a vendor as your consume other web api.

Vtupress ID: This is the ID on your vtupress account or license page (if your website was designed by another person). You can find it on your vtupress account dashboard or your license page.

URL: This is your website such as domain.com or the current page such as domain.com/page_name ink visible on the browser.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing vtupress, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Bikendi’s Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Subscription

Users have the right to subscribe to any plan of their choice, upgrade and downgrade at will but take into consideration our cancellation and refund policy.

Users also have the right to request for service aside subscribing to a plan. Acceptance of such proposal can be approved or denied by vtupress admin/agent

Group Or Community Creation Or Management

Vtupress admin or authorized user can create a community they can administer with a vtupress admin on the group. On no account should you or a group create a group outside vtupress approval. Joining a group all in the name of vtupress can cause you trouble and in most cases, it is irreversible. Vtupress has a Private and Public group. New users are added to the public group and only approved users are permitted to use the private group.

Our Telegram Group Rules:

  1. Do not send dm to any of the admins except you’re asked to. Even after the issue gets resolved, do not send any further message after the previous one (issue) gets fixed except u are re-asked to.
  2. The group has topics, namely Bugs and Complaints, Vendors, General. Always paste your site issues to bugs and Complaints. Pasting to any other group topic might make us suspend you.
  3. Do not send ads, spam, promote anything on the group except if you’re a provider so u can use the provider group topic to post your business ads. Most especially, do not promote your account slot such as lifetime slot or any of your vtupress service on the group.
  4. Do not accept any business proposal from anyone at random and do not just slam to peoples dm as we would remove u permanently if reported.
  5. No insult or usage of abusive words in any form
  6. Always Confirm any fixed issue as Fixed.
  7. Please always attend to the group for at least twice or thrice daily if u can’t at all time as we might post emergencies or updates that needs rapid attention. Do not just come to the group and make Complaints without any reading some fore Informations.
  8. Always ask the group questions regarding your issues if it’s general or just you.

Free and Paid Support:

We would always provide free supports to our users but for issues or supports which are as follows would be charged :

  1. Setting up any of the service on your website starting from installation, integration, setup, rechecking for fixing and so on. This is because , we as well charge users for building their websites which makes it work perfectly for them. If you must hire a developer outside us or any approved members, then issues regarding your sites should be hence forwarded to that developer but if by any case that developer is not capable enough of handling the issue, we would attend to that “AT A PRICE”.
  2. Fixing Bugs or issues which are not General… We term issues which does not affect the majors are personal or internal issues which might be cases applicable or caused by plugin/ theme conflicts, Improper configurations, server issues.

Note :

  1. There is no fixed price for any paid support and fixings are concluded by both parties.
  2. We would only ask you to come for premium support if other means to guide you through fixing isn’t working for you.
  3. Prices settled should only be known to you and your fixer. Do not publicize prices as you might get it cheaper to what others may get as method, time induced may differ.

Custom Features:

Our updates are generally FREE Forlife and no dime would be charged except for the following:-

  1. Indexing an API:
    • Except If we run promo or make public or you’re selected to benefit for a free indexing, we would always index at a charge.
  2. Others:
    • No platform, software, or any tech system gives all users a 100% solution to their needs though we all strive at giving our best. In some cases, our users may want or need a feature or so which is not existing on the plugin. We @ vtupress will charge a price for adding it as though vtupress is coming to E.O.D {End Of Development} ‘cos we are focusing on other Solutions to bring into the market. We would however charge a bill to bring the custom feature on board. In some cases, especially for provider indexing, you would need to contact the admin of the api site which you want to consume to meet with us for indexing their Api. For other cases, you can make public the need of the feature and how it would benefit others so the group can make contributions as to bring the feature on board. This is charges is mostly ‘cos we have a very short tech team with a very tight schedule as we don’t just bring on board any developer at random so as to keep our products clean and safe for everyone.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Bikendi , VTupress and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on vtupress. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from vtupress for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish/Whitelabel materials from vtupress
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from vtupress without being authorized
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from vtupress
  • Redistribute content from vtupress
  • Clone or extract any part of its code as snippet

Vtupress itself is a wordpress plugin to dependently carry out transactions with the aid of a connected provider and all rights are to be protected by each vendor/user of the plugin. Bikendi / Vtupress shall not be liable for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of poor website construct/build, poor security setup, conflicts from other plugins, themes, hosting configurations and related issues.

Bikendi/Vtupress reserves the right to take down any account reportedly to default in any of these:

  1. Looting or Extorting users/customers without resolving
  2. Cheat a Provider such as running a fake transfer for wallet crediting/funding

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to have an account on vtupress and make use of it for your website
  • You can build your website or clients website with your license
  • You can sell your license in a proper way (if you need to) with all clarity to the buyer without odds such as selling a personal plan account in the name of lifetime. In a fare case, u can request for an account transfer to another user
  • You would never try to tweak the plugin or null the plugin as we have our inbuilt scanware and report system
  • Protect your business integrity and play farely with your users/customers, provider

You hereby grant Bikendi / Vtupress a non-exclusive license to access your wordpress / vtupress admin dashboard.

NOTE: Vtupress will never extract, act rashly or share any of your data to the public or third party and would only access it (wp admin) when:
  1. There is an emergency that needs to be attended to
  2. User opts-in for a Pro Service that needs deep checks on the system
  3. General emergency raids by vtupress dev team
And the above stated occurence comes as an improptu in some cases.

Account Closure Right

Disregarding what plan an account might be either recurring or lifetime, vtupress has the right to close down any defaulted account after warnings yet left unrectified.

As stated before, prohition acts as stated below can incur temporary or permanent termination of account as decided by vtupress abude team and no refund would be made in such condition. Prohibited acts includes:

  1. Looting or Extorting users/customers without resolving
  2. Managing or joining an unauthorized/unverified group
  3. Cheat a Provider such as running a fake transfer for wallet crediting/funding
  4. Republish/Whitelabel materials from vtupress
  5. Sell, rent or sub-license material from vtupress without being authorized
  6. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from vtupress
  7. Redistribute content from vtupress
  8. Clone or extract any part of its code as snippet
  9. Blackmailing the plugin/vtupress/Bikendi
  10. Sharing false informations about the plugin/vtupress/Bikendi either on our community or any web site
  11. Claiming ownership over the plugin or attempting to act as one
  12. Reported to do some suspiciously acts or attempt
We would however reach out to you if you violates most (and not all) of the stated prohibits depending on the condition.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
  • By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.

No use of Bikendi’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
